Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller at our Valencia Branch. This role handles member transactions with accuracy, provides excellent service, and supports needs-based product education.

Expect 37-40 hours weekly with Monday-Saturday availability and opportunities to assist with vault duties and branch operations. As part of Nusenda, you’ll join a team focused on member service, career growth, and a friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions with accuracy and according to policies.
• Educate members on available products using a needs-based approach and refer to appropriate departments.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and vault cash duties as required.
• Support training and development of new tellers and colleagues.
