• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Understand Personal and Business Deposit products to answer account questions.
• Refer clients to appropriate personnel for deposits, loans, investments, insurance and cash management services.
• Assist clients with digital and e Banking products including online and mobile banking.
• Process wires with accuracy and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding client service.
• Resolve client complaints within BankIowa guidelines.
