Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with Woodforest Experience training.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
