Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a part-time, on-site team member in Michigan (Clinton Charter Township). You will deliver outstanding service, assist members with accounts, and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role offers competitive entry hourly pay of $16.06–$19.27 with uncapped incentive potential, bilingual premium for Spanish, and a strong benefits package including PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and wellness

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and appreciation of coaching to foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build impactful relationships with members.
• Answer member questions, service their accounts, and uncover needs to recommend products and services.
• Be the face of Advia, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all member interactions.
