Job summary

Advia Credit Union in Clinton Township, MI, seeks a Full-Time, on-site Member Service Associate to deliver outstanding service and build lasting member relationships.

You’ll assist members with accounts, answer questions, and proactively uncover financial needs to recommend Advia products and services. Strong communication and cash handling experience are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus and may be rewarded.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred, but trainable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented mindset with a service focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Entry Salary Range: $16.06-$19.27 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance.
