Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Deliver prompt, professional service and actively listen to member needs to offer solutions.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and end-of-day balancing at teller station.
• Maintain a clean, secure workstation and follow security protocols.
• Promote products and services aligned with members’ financial goals and achieve sales referrals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve member concerns and communicate updates.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
