Job summary

Kitsap Credit Union is seeking Member Associate I–III (Teller/Personal Banker) to deliver exceptional service and process transactions across Belfair and other branches in Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce County. Roles emphasize promoting digital options and growing memberships, with a 5% incentive and in-person, daytime schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required across all levels.
• 6 months of cash handling, customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• 1 year of Financial Institution experience with New Accounts and Consumer Lending experience (HE/HELOC) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs and transactions, and refer business relationships.
• Educate members on new products and digital/self-service options.
• Foster and maintain constructive member relationships and meet sales goals.
• Promote digital and remote banking options and educate members on benefits.
