Job summary

Commercial Bank and Trust Company is seeking a friendly Part-Time Teller for our Paris, TN location. You will provide outstanding customer service, handle deposits and teller transactions, and assist customers with safe deposit access while maintaining accuracy and security.

You will scan transactions, identify opportunities to connect customers with suitable products, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills.
• A positive, helpful attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Someone who can adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional service to our customers.
• Process deposits, loan payments, check cashing, safety deposit box rent, and other teller transactions.
• Scan and process work through branch capture.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box access.
• Identify opportunities to meet customers' deposit and loan needs by connecting them with appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and efficient work.
• Complete required training and follow all applicable IT Security and compliance procedures.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers and maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
