Job summary

Mutual First Federal Credit Union in Omaha, NE invites applications for a Teller position. As a teller you will be the front line to our members, greeting by name and processing a range of financial transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Provide personal service to members by greeting them by name and addressing needs in one visit.
• Process a variety of financial transactions including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Work in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate daily balancing and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Have at least six months of financial industry or related experience.
• Deliver excellent, professional service and maintain regular attendance.

Essential Functions:

• Provide personal service to members; greeting them by name, resolving all their needs in one visit, and thanking them for their business.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions including but not limited to: loan payments, deposits, withdrawls, and check cashing.
• Ability to work in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
• Has a keen eye for detail to ensure correct daily balancing, opening and closing procedures are followed, and accurate member transactions are completed.
• Has at least six months of financial industry or related experience.
• Excellent, professional service is your passion.
• Regular and predictable attendance

Starting pay: $17/hour
