Job summary

OMB Bank is seeking a friendly part-time teller in Leawood, KS. You will handle routine transactions and support customers with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires high school diploma, cash handling and customer service experience, and the ability to multitask and cross-sell products. Working hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm, 20-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years cash handling and customer service experience.
• One year of retail banking, including teller transactions and new accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build relationships with customers.

Job Summary

OMB Bank tellers must be friendly, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They keep work organized while multi-tasking, be attentive to details, and strong memory recall. They are responsible for processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance) and may also perform various backup receptionist and clerical duties as needed. Work closely with other OMB team members to delivery excellent service and build relationships with customers.

Primary Location / Schedule

• 4701 College Blvd Ste 100, Leawood, KS 66211
• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Monday and Friday
• Part-time: 20-25 hours per week average

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of cash handling and customer service experience
• A minimum of one year of retail banking, including teller transactions and new accounts preferred
