Job summary

Fort Financial Credit Union in Angola, IN seeks a part-time teller to greet members, handle transactions, and provide friendly service. The role focuses on accuracy, product knowledge, and teamwork in a banking environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic math ability, and a desire to grow within the credit union. Typical banking hours are Monday through Friday, 20–28 hours per week, on-site at the Angola branch.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no prior experience required.
• Preferred experience in Customer Service, Sales, and/or Banking.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Assist members with account inquiries and balance checks.
• Educate members about accounts, loans, and other offerings.
• Open and close member accounts and update data as needed.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals.
• Stay updated on industry changes and product offerings.
• Adhere to credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:Banking hours Monday-Friday, 20-28 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting membersin a friendly and professional manner.
• Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist memberswith account inquiries, balance inquiries, and other related requests.
