Fort Financial Credit Union in Angola, IN seeks an entry-level Teller to deliver friendly, accurate service during banking hours. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries while building member relationships.

You'll educate members on products, assist with opening/closing accounts, and work with the team to meet branch goals in a supportive, compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and other related requests.
• Educate members on our products and services, including account types, loans, and other offerings.
• Open and close member accounts and handle any data changes associated with those accounts.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and any changes in products or services offered to members.
• Adhere to credit union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
