MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller in Ocala, FL to deliver exceptional member service and accurate transactions. You will manage a cash drawer, balance daily operations, and promote self-service options to enhance member experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude, with shifts across mornings, days, and Saturdays. Join a trusted credit union with competitive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to help people and assist members.
• Proficient with computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Able to work shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Mon–Fri and 8:00 AM–1:30 PM Saturdays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions accurately and timely.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.
• Explain self-service options to members and enroll them where applicable.
• Identify ways to improve employee and member experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
