Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and cash handling experience is preferred. You will work within branch hours and contribute to a stable team culture with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Proficient in computers, internet and Microsoft Office.
• Cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions and answering questions accurately.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations and balancing.
• Develop understanding of customer-facing technology and enroll members in self-service options.
• Identify ways to improve member experiences and assist with other duties as assigned.
