Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of teller experience, and proven ability to lead a team, promote financial products, and maintain accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years teller experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong desire to help people and resolve member needs.
• Proficient with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales expectations and work flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service by completing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Supervise all aspects of the teller line and maintain cash drawer.
• Assist in branch balancing and daily operational tasks.
• Promote MIDFLORIDA products and services to members.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to image standards.
• Develop team members and manage delivery of member services.
