Job summary

Sacramento Credit Union's Arden Branch is seeking a Financial Service Specialist II (Teller II) to deliver excellent member service and support cross-selling of products. The role emphasizes opening new accounts, onboarding in Synapsys, and referrals to FSS III.

You will promote online banking, participate in community events, and maintain adherence to policies while serving members with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years teller/banking experience.
• Knowledge of credit union products, policies and regulations.
• Proven ability to cross-sell and meet referral goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs teller duties and provides excellent customer service.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Open new accounts and manage joint accounts as needed.
• Onboard new members in Synapsys and follow up.
• Refer opportunities to FSS III for cross-sale opportunities.
• Enroll members in online and mobile banking.
• Maintain compliance with BSA and SCU policies.
