Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus related work experience in member services and cash handling.
• Ability to improve members' financial well-being via cross-sells.
• Accurate math calculations and record-keeping.
• Accurate cash transactions and quick keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Greet members courteously and professionally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Issue ATM/VISA cards and assist with PIN updates.
• Open/close daily duties and work in dual control.
• Educate and cross-sell products and services to members.
• Achieve referral goals as directed by Branch Lead.
• Balance ATM and cash drawer; research discrepancies.
• Enroll members in online and mobile banking.
• Identify and report fraudulent activity per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and adhere to policies.
