Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Teller II to handle a full range of teller transactions and deliver superior customer service. You will manage cash, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while educating clients on digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year banking experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other teller duties.
• Maintain cash levels, balance drawers daily, and ensure cash security.
• Balance ATM, Vault, Coin and cash GL Accounts; perform check backs.
• Address customer needs, cross-sell products, and refer to internal experts.
• Educate clients on mobile/online banking and bank technology.
• Assist in opening/closing the branch and follow security procedures.
• Handle online banking enrollment and assist clients as needed.
• Perform routine account maintenance and respond to inquiries courteously.
