Qualifications

• After the initial ninety (90) day probationary period, which includes the training sessions, an individual should be able to safely and proficiently perform the essential functions of the Teller I position with or without reasonable assistance and with or without mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our customers by adhering to all service standards.
• Maintain cash drawer limits and balance cash drawer daily.
• Process all transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Answer incoming telephone calls within three rings in a professional manner and route inquiries as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of Retail Regulations and know when to ask for assistance.
• Work with other departments and co-workers in a supportive manner to ensure customers' requests are handled promptly.
• Complete Bankers Edge courses in a timely manner as required.
• Confidentiality will be adhered to at all times.
