• Completion and comprehension of Southside Bank teller training modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
• Verify validity of transactions and refer questionable items to a supervisor.
• Balance cash drawer daily and meet balancing standards.
• Cross-sell products and refer customers to other departments as needed.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all bank information.
• Adhere to BSA/AML rules and bank policies in daily operations.
