Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Teller I or II- Temporary to assist members and promote credit union products. You will handle teller transactions and provide courteous service in person or over the phone.

Under supervision you’ll resolve routine inquiries, and may support other departments up to 75% of the time. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, for a 40-hour work week, with compensation ranges stated per position.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of member service experience, preferably with a CU/bank.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to resolve routine member inquiries.

Mansioni

• Promote credit union products and services to members on the telephone or in person.
• Perform assigned member transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• May support other departments up to 75% of the time as needed.
