Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller I/II- Temporary in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves promoting credit union products to members, counseling on services, and handling teller transactions with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with the possibility of additional duties beyond teller tasks depending on branch needs. This temporary position runs weekdays during standard business hours and offers equal opportunity

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous member service experience, preferably with a CU/bank.
• Ability to resolve routine member inquiries.
• Teller tasks include receiving and disbursing funds, processing mail transactions, and processing account changes.

Mansioni

• Promote credit union products and services to members either by telephone or in person.
• Provide counsel to members regarding credit union services with emphasis on current promotions.
• Perform assigned member transactions and support other departments as needed (up to 75%).
