Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies and procedures
• Respond to clients' needs and inquiries in a courteous manner
• Perform account maintenance tasks as trained (address changes, debit card maintenance, check ordering)
• Refer customers to internal experts for additional goals and needs
• Educate clients on bank technology (mobile/online banking, ATM)
• Assist in opening and closing the branch per security procedures
• Support branch team to achieve daily goals and tasks
• Adhere to all banking laws and regulations
