Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and maintain balance record
• Respond to clients' needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks as trained, including address changes and debit card maintenance
• Refer customers to internal experts for financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on bank technology such as mobile and online banking, ATM and ITM
• Assist in opening and closing the branch following security procedures
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
