Responsibilities

• Process paying and receiving teller transactions.
• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Balance and maintain assigned cash box and vault; perform end of day processes.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services through lobby, motor bank and outreach activities.
• Perform to Sales Performance Goals and Referral Programs.
• Attend company meetings and participate in branch procedures under dual control.
• Process foreign currency transactions and assist with branch operations.
