Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1 to 6 months cash handling preferred.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paying and receiving teller transactions
• Deliver the IBC Experience with prompt, friendly service
• Balance and maintain cash box and vault; perform end of day process
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Achieve Sales Performance Goals and participate in Referral Programs
• Assist branch and organization with product/service initiatives
• Attend company meetings
• Process foreign currency transactions
• Follow procedures to minimize errors and losses
• Handle customer inquiries
• Operate teller equipment
• Assist with branch opening/closing under dual control
• On-the-job training for branch staff and others
• Be flexible to report to other branches
• Perform sales duties as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
