Job summary

The position requires maintaining a balanced cash drawer, adhering to teller policies, and supporting branch operations and sales initiatives. High school diploma or GED and some cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience interacting with people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paying and receiving teller transactions.
• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Balance and maintain assigned cash box and vault; perform end of day processes.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services through lobby, motor bank and outreach activities.
• Perform to Sales Performance Goals and Referral Programs.
• Participate in product and service initiatives for bank growth.
• Attend company meetings.
• Assist with branch procedures under dual control requirements including opening/closing.
