Job summary

Deerwood Bank is hiring a full-time Teller I to work at the Grand Rapids, MN branch. The role handles teller duties, deposits, cash balancing and promoting bank products while delivering high customer service.

Starting pay is $17.75–$19.50 per hour, with schedules including Mon–Wed 8am–5pm, Thu 8am–5pm and rotating Saturdays. Benefits are offered and overtime or weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and staff with retail, operations and customer service tasks.
• Receive deposits and payments, verify balances and IDs as required.
• Maintain currency/coin supply and balancing records.
• Cross-sell bank products following branch goals and regulatory guidance.
