Responsibilities

• Accept deposits and issue receipts after verifying documents.
• Process withdrawals, loans payments, and cash advances within limits.
• Assist with night depository duties and vault procedures.
• Operate computer terminals to review balances and resolve issues.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to staff for services.
• Maintain security procedures and complete compliance training.
