Job Description:

Office Location: Weatherford, Texas, United States

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Process financial transactions promptly and accurately.
  2. Strictly adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
  3. Communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues.
  4. Maintain an understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures.
  5. Participate in job-specific training, various bank training programs such as customer service, and comply with BSA, AML, and all bank policies and procedures as required. Other duties as assigned.
  6. Actively participate in the Customer Service First program and support the organization’s values and policies.
  7. Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.
  8. Saturday hours and holiday hours may be required based on your branch location’s hours of operation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A self-starting team player with a High school diploma or GED.
  2. Either:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 6 months previous teller experience within the financial industry
    • 6 months cash handling experience (including balancing a cash drawer) in a retail customer service environment
  3. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft programs and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.
  6. Physically capable of standing most of the workday and lifting/moving up to 60 pounds.
  7. Must be able to work flexible and extended hours as needed.
  8. Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training is required.
  9. Saturday and holiday hours may be required based on branch hours.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
