EECU is Hiring: Part-time Financial Center Consultant I (Teller)

EECU is looking for a Part-time Financial Center Consultant I (Teller) at our Burleson location. This role involves creating energy and excitement around EECU products and services, providing the right solutions and products for our members.

We are dedicated to delivering excellent service, starting with understanding our members' needs. The Financial Center Consultant I will support members through teller transactions and guidance on our products and services. We seek someone proud to represent EECU and who finds satisfaction in building lifelong relationships.

Key Qualifications:

• Delivering excellent member experiences through personal interaction.
• Providing comprehensive service and sales experiences, exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Performing teller functions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, and resolving operational issues.
• Supporting marketing initiatives within the branch.
• Building rapport with members and providing excellent service.
• Greeting members, answering calls, and directing members appropriately during lobby coverage.
• In compliance with applicable law, evaluating credit history; only applicants with good credit history will be considered. Successful candidates must clear background checks including employment, criminal, and drug screening.

Candidate Requirements:

• One to two years of experience in retail or financial services emphasizing excellent service and rapport building.
• Cash handling experience with the ability to balance without overages or shortages.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Enthusiasm, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Approachability, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• This is a part-time position, approximately 28 hours weekly, with availability from 7:30 am to 6:15 pm Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.
