Job summary

National Bank of Commerce in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Teller to provide outstanding front-line service. You will manage a cash drawer, process a variety of financial transactions, and help customers access NBC products while protecting confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, solid math and communication skills, and reliability. The pay range is $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of customer service and/or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and effective written and oral communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash drawer accurately and process transactions.
• Identify opportunities to refer NBC products or services to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
