Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and understand their needs.
• Educate members on Blaze products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Stay informed on industry trends and available training.
• Provide excellent face-to-face service daily.
