Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Pine City branch.

Blaze is pleased to offer a sign‑on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign‑on bonus, paid over two years.

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism

Your Schedule

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
