The role offers a full-time schedule with a 40-hour workweek, rotating Saturdays, and competitive wages plus benefits. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are valued. Sign-on bonuses are available for certain criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or GED (required).
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to them, and understand their situations.
• Educate members on Blaze offerings and solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy.
• Grow with us by staying updated on financial products and industry trends.
• Provide excellent service through face-to-face interactions daily.
