Job summary

Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union in Omaha is seeking a Teller to join our member-focused team. You will deliver personal service by greeting members by name and resolving needs in one visit.

Qualifications

• Six months of financial industry or related experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to greet members by name.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions including deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Detail-oriented with accurate daily balancing and closing procedures.

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm; Rotating Saturdays (8:45a.m. - 12:15p.m.)

We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area and our Member Service Representatives are the front line to our members.

Essential Functions:

• Provide personal service to members; greeting them by name, resolving all their needs in one visit, and thanking them for their business.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions including but not limited to: loan payments, deposits, withdrawls, and check cashing.
• Ability to work in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
• Has a keen eye for detail to ensure correct daily balancing, opening and closing procedures are followed, and accurate member transactions are completed.
• Has at least six months of financial industry or related experience.
• Excellent, professional service is your passion.
• Regular and predictable attendance

Starting pay:

$17/hour
