Job summary

Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union in Omaha seeks a friendly Teller to join our branch team. You will greet members by name, resolve their needs in one visit, and process a variety of transactions with accuracy.

We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha metro and uphold our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Service. Starting pay is $17/hour. This full‑time role includes rotating Saturdays and regular attendance as essential requirements.

Qualifications

Six months of financial industry or related experience.
Provide personal service to members in one visit and thank them for their business.
Process a variety of transactions including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
Work in multiple systems and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
Excellent, professional service is a passion.
Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

Provide personal service to members; greeting them by name, resolving all their needs in one visit, and thanking them for their business.
Process a variety of financial transactions including but not limited to: loan payments, deposits, withdrawls, and check cashing.
Ability to work in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
Has a keen eye for detail to ensure correct daily balancing, opening and closing procedures are followed, and accurate member transactions are completed.
Has at least six months of financial industry or related experience.
Excellent, professional service is your passion.
