This role emphasizes loss prevention, accuracy, and high-quality customer experiences, with a schedule Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays, contributing to Frost’s long-standing legacy in banking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with cash handling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet consumer banking performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and settle teller cash and transactions daily.
• Fill change orders, wire transfers, and negotiable instrument exchanges.
• Manage risk and proactively prevent losses.
• Apply critical-thinking, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
• Demonstrate integrity, caring, and excellence in all interactions.
