Job summary

Frost, a long-standing Texas bank with a 1868 origin, is seeking a Teller to be the face of the branch, delivering friendly, accurate service to customers while handling routine teller transactions and maintaining cash control.

You will join Frost’s legacy-driven team in Texas, supporting customers with integrity and teamwork, and contributing to a banking experience that reflects Frost’s values. This is a full-time position with standard banking hours at our Garland, TX location.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience handling cash and daily cash register procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet banking performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and prepare daily teller settlements.
• Process wire transfers, change orders, bankcard advances, and other negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk and actively participate in loss prevention.
