Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers and instructions.
• Able to build relationships with clients and bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain branch integrity: balancing cash drawer, ATM, night drops, and related tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions in line with service standards.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services and stay updated on changes.
• Discuss and uncover customers’ financial needs to identify and offer appropriate products.
• Support branch referral goals by identifying and referring products to the right business partner.
