Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller in Denver to provide exceptional in-branch client service, process transactions, and help clients move forward on their financial journey. You will welcome new and existing clients, balance cash, and follow security and policy guidelines.

As a Teller, you will listen for financial wellness opportunities and smoothly transition clients to a Banker for deeper planning. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior cash-handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experienced in cash handling is required.
• General PC skills with Windows-based applications and calculator required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person client service and process account transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Guide clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer, follow security procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Support Saturday work as directed by management.
