Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a friendly Teller to help customers in our Financial Solutions Center. You will handle daily transactions, provide accurate service, and work to protect customer privacy while delivering on our Customer Service Promise.

You will build relationships with personal and business customers, participate in sales incentives, and develop product knowledge through PATHWAYS development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of client-centric sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high-level client service.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, internet usage, and bank systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer privacy and security and mitigate risk per bank policies.
• Process daily transactions and monitor for fraud while maintaining cash controls.
• Follow cash handling, teller differences, and dual-control guidelines.
• Maintain proper cash limits for drawer, vault, and total FSC limits.
• Grow consumer relationships through conversations, referrals, and product knowledge.
