Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Teller to support our customers and communities in Johnstown. You will process transactions, protect privacy, and deliver the Customer Service Promise with accuracy and care.

You will build relationships, participate in sales initiatives, and grow consumer relationships while advancing your Pathways development and knowledge of digital tools and bank products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a client-centric sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals and delivering strong service.
• Excellent communications, customer-focused, and able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile tech, and bank systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Protect privacy and security of customers; process daily transactions and guard against fraud; follow cash handling and dual-control guidelines.
• Grow consumer relationships through conversations, campaigns, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers via outbound calls and partnerships to identify lending opportunities.
• Commit to personal development by pursuing Pathways, BUILD/BUILD 2.0, and product knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by upholding the Customer Service Promise and conducting outbound calls when needed.
