PNC is seeking a Teller to join our Retail Banking team in Quarryville, PA. Based at the Buck Branch, you will deliver a personalized customer experience, educate customers on financial solutions, and identify banking opportunities during everyday interactions.

You will handle transactions, refer opportunities to branch staff, and support lobby activities while upholding policy guidelines and accurate branch operations.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred candidates have strong customer service and financial product knowledge.
• Ability to refer opportunities to branch staff when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch operations are efficient and accurate.
