Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings/huddles and opening/closing tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Protect the bank from unnecessary risk by following compliance and security procedures.
