Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships.
Technologically savvy (bank systems, Microsoft Office, Internet).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Answer customer needs with a service-first approach and maintain accuracy in transactions.
Protect customer privacy, follow cash handling and security guidelines, and ensure daily cash controls.
Grow and deepen consumer relationships through conversations and referrals.
Support personal development and learning through Pathways and training programs.
Be the single, trusted point of contact for customers and ensure prompt issue resolution.
