Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months retail bank teller experience.
• 3+ years high-volume cash handling experience.
• Experience with new accounts openings and resolving customer issues preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and friendly.
• Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions in person, at the teller area, and by phone.
• Manage a teller window.
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Resolve customer issues.
• Assist in all areas of the branch.
