Ideal candidates have cash handling or sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow First Bank’s core values and policies in daily tasks.
• Provide excellent service in lobby and over the telephone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling accurately.
• Verify cash, accept payments, and issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper end-of-day closing.
• Assist customers with inquiries and refer to appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain workstation supplies and comply with regulatory requirements.
