Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer skills – keyboard skills, knowledge of accounting software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email, and use of the Internet.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report.
• NCRC Certification- minimum level of Bronze.
• Equipment: ten-key calculator, fax machine, photocopier.

Responsibilities

• Operate Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service.
• Maintain security of a cash drawer and represent the Bank in a courteous, professional manner.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to the appropriate staff.
• Interacts with customers to open new accounts and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Provide general clerical assistance to the department.

Summary

Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.

Secondary Duties - CSR

Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint. Provides general clerical assistance to the department.
