Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of handling and balancing money transactions in the past four years.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Computer skills – keyboard skills, knowledge of accounting software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email, and use of the Internet.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report.
• NCRC Certification - minimum level Bronze.
• Equipment: ten-key calculator, fax machine, photocopier.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.
• Secondary Duties- CSR: Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint.
• Provides general clerical assistance to the department.
